Welcome to the Rich’s ISB RED POS Ordering System! Below are frequently asked questions that we hope will help clarify any questions that you may have.
How many can I order at a time?You can order as many as you need, as long as we have enough in stock. If you order over 100 of any POS piece, it will be sent to Nandor Forgach for approval. This is away for us to have visibility to different promotions and other initiatives that you may be planning to use the POS to support.
Are there backorders?No, we don’t do backorders. POS will have a out of stock status until it is replenished.
Can I ship to multiple addresses? Yes, you can download the multiple address template and attach it to your order during the ordering process
How long does it take for an order to arrive?Orders will take 7-10 business days to be processed and delivered. We like to use the most cost effective shipment methods when possible.
Will I still be able to rush orders?Yes, the rush option is still available. You will place the order the same way and it will go to Nandor Forgach for approval. Again this is a way for us to have visibility to the POS activity.
